Shipping Policy

SECTION 1 - How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Spain: Peninsula 24-72 hours, Balearic Islands 2 to 3 business days.

*There may be occasional delays due to customs clearance processes that are beyond our control.

During holidays such as Christmas or national holidays, we cannot guarantee delivery on the indicated days due to the high volume of shipments.

 

SECTION 2 - How much are shipping costs?

  • Spain: Free on purchases over €50 or €5.95 for amounts less than €50. (Shipping is not made to Ceuta and Melilla or the Canary Islands)
  • They may generate customs tax that must be borne by the recipient).

 

What countries do we ship to?

Spain (Peninsula) and Balearic Islands.

SECTION 3 - How can I track my order?

Once the order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email with the tracking. Through this email you can confirm the expected delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to update once you receive the email with the information. If you do not receive this code, please contact us.

SECTION 4- I have not received my order. What should I do?

Send an email to hello@boondytherapy.com and as soon as possible we will help you manage the delivery.

There are two main reasons why you have not received your package:

  • Wrong address: In this case, we recommend that you always check that the address you entered is correct, since it is possible that your package has been delivered to the wrong address.
  • Failed delivery attempts: Correos Express makes up to three delivery attempts with an agreed delivery date/time. In the event that they have not been able to contact you and more than 14 business days have passed since the first delivery attempt, the procedures for returning it to our offices begin. We recommend checking all SMS, calls and emails.

What happens if delivery is not possible?

When an order has not been delivered for reasons beyond the control of Boondy therapy, more than 14 business days have passed since the first delivery attempt, the package is returned to our offices. We will automatically refund the total amount of your purchase within 14 business days of receiving the order, except for the costs incurred by shipping and returning the package.

SECTION 5 -Can I cancel my order?

We have a time of 24 business hours from when you placed the order to try to cancel it, it depends on several factors and the speed with which the order is prepared.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm if it has been possible and, if not, the steps to follow to reject the delivery.

In the event that the cancellation request reaches us in more than 24 hours, the shipping and return costs of the order will be subtracted, since it is a service that has been managed, once the label is printed it is not possible to cancel the shipment.

For orders of more than 50 euros, the shipping cost is assumed by the company but will also be subtracted from the amount, since it is a cost that has been generated.
